Upload clear photos and a short video of the product and its original packaging to help our quality team verify the claim.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item; it must be unused, sealed, and in its original retail packaging.
Refund Processing
After a successful inspection at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
